5 days!

Well, Ive made it over 5 days! No slips!
I've been going on walks. Been trying to keep myself busy. To keep my mind off of it. I take 2 to 3 showers a day. I feel like if I take a lot of showers, it'll wash it all away. I sleep a lot too. Makes the time pass quicker ;)
There are times during the day, I would give anything for a smoke. Just one more. But I'll get up and do something...Like fold cloths...do the dishes...or something.

Gonna go finish some jewelry...

Day 2

Yeah, so today has been rough so far! Grumpy...irritable. So, I went outside and shoveled the sidewalk, it snowed last night, and felt a little better. I came in and hacked up a lung though! No pun intended! LOL

Over night :/

I slept for a long time last night. I think I went to bed at 8pm and got up at a little before 6am! I really hate the sense of sadness I feel. Like Ive lost my best friend or something! lol But I feel so sleepy...no energy at all. Is that apart of the quitting...the withdraws?? I hope it passes soon!
